Step 1 in a Live Account - Month 2
Once you have completed a successful month in the simulated environment, you can consider 
switching to a live trading account. Some students spend several months in a simulated 
environment, before they achieve a level of success that they feel justi

ed trading in a live 
account. Becoming a successful trader is not a process that can be rushed.
During your second month of the trading plan, you will take the data from your

rst month to 
make adjustments in your strategy. If you

nd an area of particular weakness, you will avoid that 
type of trading, whether it is a particular strategy, a price range or a certain time of day. We will 
have you focus instead, on the area where you are showing strength.
When you are ready to switch to a live trading account, you should repeat Step 1. This difference 
is, you will be trading with real money and you may 
À
nd that the emotions of trading with 
real money change the experience. This may take some time to acclimate to. Once you have 
completed one month of successful trading in a live trading account, you are ready to graduate 
to Step 2 of our trading plan.

Step 2 - Month 3
You will continue to trade an average of 10 times a day, but now you will risk up to $100 per 
trade. Your max position size is now 200 shares on stocks over $20 and 400 shares on stocks

t target is $300, and your max daily loss is $300. You have a weekly 
goal of $900, your daily goal multiplied by three.
Throughout the third month, you should continue your exercise regimen and continue to track 
all of your trades in a spreadsheet. At the end of the month, you will review your performance 
and make adjustments as needed.
