Situation / case

From the Fund for Reconstruction and Development (FRD RUz), $ 100 million is allocated for projects in the service sector, or more than 1 trillion sums of credit resources. The corresponding Decree was signed by the President of Uzbekistan on June 16, the press service of the head of state said. According to the Ministry of Justice, loans will be provided to commercial banks for a period of 7 years, including a three-year grace period with an interest rate 4% lower than the main rate of the Central Bank, which is now 15%. Loans can be used to create and equip enterprises, especially those operating in the field of consumer services, education, medicine, information technology and other in-demand areas. They are allocated to enterprises at the main rate of the Central Bank of up to 1 billion sums.
