• Team Discussion:
• The study of organizational behavior provides information about how employees behave and perform at work. It assists us in developing an understanding of the factors that can motivate employees, increase their performance, and assist organizations in developing a strong and trusting relationship with their employees.
• Organizational behavior is the study of how people interact within groups. The principles of the study of organizational behavior are applied primarily in attempts to make businesses operate more effectively.
• OB is very important because it influences each individual and groups. And we must arrange works depending on worker's specialities
• It helps in explaining the interpersonal relationships that employees share with each other and with their superior and inferior subordinates. This balances cordial relationships in the enterprise while maintaining effective communication. It helps in predicting people's behavior and applying them to achieve organizational goals
• My thought/opinion: Organizational behavior examines the impact of social and environmental factors on the way individuals or groups operate. The way people connect, communicate, and cooperate is critical to the success of any business. we'll use organizational behavior to reinforce the efficacy and efficiency of your employees by evaluating and understanding these characteristics. it's going to even assist us in achieving our organizational and work culture objectives.
