Future revisions of GSTC standards
The GSTC standards are reviewed annually to comply with the ISEAL Alliance Standardization Code. The review process includes two public councils where stakeholders can comment.
The GSTC certificate states:
Respect for the highest social and environmental standards.
Reliability: CUC was the first accredited body to receive ASI accreditation for the GSTC program. Improving accessibility for consumers who want sustainable tourism.
Websites and institutions that offer sustainable tourism should be preferred. Register on the Bookdifferent website (supported by Booking.com) and at GSTC.
