Travel agencies are actively involved in the tourism market and are directly involved in the development and planning of commercial tourism products.

The quality of the tourist package manufacturer creates a set of tourist routes and excursions, ensures safety, organizes advertisements, calculates the cost of these routes and sends excursions. - Sold to tourists through barbecues or travel agencies.
Travel agents act as producers of travel products when organizing travel packages. If the services of travel agencies are sold separately, you become a wholesaler of travel services. This can happen when a travel agent buys enough travel services from a manufacturer to form a travel package. A travel agent makes money by charging fees for separate elements of travel. For example, instead of charging a commission for booking tickets with airlines or hotel rooms, travel agents earn money by charging a service fee for each booked part.

Travel agencies sell to tourists tours organized by them, under the conditions provided by them. In this case, the travel agent only acts as an intermediary between the traveler and the travel agent. The liability of the travel agent is generally limited to clearly informing third parties and the travel agent about the conditions of travel and the rights and obligations of the traveler and the travel agent.
If the tourist has any objection regarding the provision of the tourist service, the travel agent and the travel agent will deal with it in the manner stipulated in the contract.

Particular attention should be paid to financial support for tourism in the Russian Federation. Therefore, the amount of financial guarantees of the travel agent specified in the contract of liability insurance or in the bank guarantee for the period from 1 June 2007 to 1 June 2008:
1) must be at least 5 million rubles. The area is international tourism.

Professional operators say that the tourism market offers real products. In other words, it works in a specific direction. We are talking about customer-specific travel agencies (students, business people, etc.), transportation (train, bus, etc.), special routes (travel to Turkey, Bulgaria, etc.), etc.
Depending on the place of work, we can refer to the following types of travel agencies:
1) Local travel agencies: the routes they take do not extend beyond the country of residence.
2) Eastern Travel Agency: Participate in consolidating overseas vacation packages
. 3) Hospitality of the travel agency: services to other countries where tourists live.

Entrepreneurial travel agencies are responsible for sending tourists to other countries or regions and contract with host operators or directly with travel agencies.
