Goal of study & Study Plan

Today, as a student my primary goal is to get a chance to deepen and narrow knowledge in the field Construction and Installation of Utilities. The Master’s program in Uzbekistan offers courses that are critical for my professional success.
The Program in University of Seoul will provide me with the knowledge necessary to promote cooperation of the Uzbek government and Uzbek companies with foreign partners , to attract investors and financial resources from Korean for ambitious industrial projects, and to find foreign consumers for the products. In addition to courses related to Construction and Installation of Utilities studies, I would like to gain knowledge in more general fields of learning. By attending classes of the East-Asian studies and reading books on my own, I want to acquire thorough understanding of the historical development and the present situation of the East-Asian infrastructure and urban life. Department of International Urban Development Program will help me understand East-Asian economies, societies, and markets, to work later to strengthen economic and commercial relations between Uzbekistan and East Asia. The Department of International Urban Development Program will make it possible for me to become acquainted with Korean infrastructure and urban life as well. For my minor in Construction and Installation of Utilities, I hope to get a chance to learn the ways to use foreign Construction , foreign economic policy, and export and import strategies to develop important industries in Uzbekistan. I have a solid background in Construction and Installation of Utilities from my studies at the Fergana Polytechnic Institute that will help me succeed in these studies at Seoul National University
In my course papers at the Fergana Polytechnic Institute, I tracked the integration process in CIS region, where I saw the prospects and priorities of Eurasian Urban life and infrastructure . Next, on the fourth year, on the ‘Urban Planning’ course, I tried to analyze urban crises and its impact on the building system of Uzbekistan. These academic papers helped me get a firm grasp of the topics of my interest and prepared me to undertake more serious research in this field. In my Coursework I intended to analyze the development of Uzbek Urbanization on the world stage and factors that increase development. This analysis will prove itself useful to me in my future thesis. In my thesis I plan to continue my research on examining the key factors of competitiveness of Uzbek urban and propose the ways to apply Korean, Chinese and other export- oriented countries’ experience to the development of the Uzbek Infrastructure and Urban system.
The education in Seoul National University, in addition to being a great honor and an outstanding personal experience, will put me far ahead of many other candidates for an important public or private post.
