The tester sends a ReadDataByPacketIdentifier request with the sub-function parameter = $03 
(scheduleAtMediumRate) to schedule DPIDs $10, $23 and $30. 

DPID $10 consists of four bytes data, 

DPID $23 consists of six bytes data 
and

DPID $30 consists of seven bytes data.
