Dear Suzy,

I hope all is well.

I just wanted to check that all is OK with arrangements for next month. Also, that you have my arrival details.
Could you send me info about arrangements on arrival, plus a contact phone number etc?
I believe a hotel has been booked for the first two nights – many thanks. Can you mail the address over? Thnx.
I will be away from Friday until Sunday at a pre-travel conference (although I should be able to access e-mails) – will leave for the airport Monday morning.
I very much look forward to my work experience posting – and to meeting you soon.
