Introduction

The purpose of the report is to present reliable information which shows the evaluation in the quality of the school and parents’ satisfaction . 260 of the children's parents were questioned in the survey, which makes up half of all the parents.

Convenience

Many of those surveyed find the situation of the school is by far the most comfortable factor of their choice. This is illustrated by the fact that slightly more than 4 in 10 of them reside not far from the school and it is located in a traffic-free corner of the city that takes not much time to get there.
Comfort

In terms of comfortability,every third in ten stated that they are pleased with the cooling/ heating system and meal service. This indicates the school is sufficiently heated especially in winter days as well as the menu content is quite rich. Besides, there is a special playing yard outside, providing school pupils with the open air atmosphere to maintain their health state. The presence of swimming pool also makes the parents feel much more pleased in terms of health care.

Security

Parents have no doubt about the security of their children .Each classroom in the school is supplied with CCTV cameras to record the behaviour of the teachers and children so that the parents can have a glance at how well their children are looked after. This is demonstrated by a reasonable number of cameras in each classroom.

Cost

In terms of prices ,a large number of the parents who took part in the survey had complaints in cost and there were also comments on a slight increase in price over the last few months. It shows the misunderstanding in financial system, thus the parents need to be informed what the money is spent on.

Extra activities

The pupils do the exercises in gym and watch documentaries in a spacious hall next to the gym, which help children spend time efficiently; however, they need more outdoor activities.

Recommendations

To sum up,the school needs a few improvements so as to improve the parents' satisfaction in terms of entertainment and academic performance of their children .
