Opinion
The consolidated financial statements summary 
of Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd. and its 
subsidiaries (the Group) set out on pages 81 to 
131, which comprises the summary consolidated 
statement of financial position as at December 31, 
2020, the summary consolidated statements of profit 
or loss and other comprehensive income and cash 
flows for the year then ended, and a summary of 
significant accounting policies and other explanatory 
information, is derived from the audited consolidated 
financial statements of the Group for the year ended 
December 31, 2020.
In our opinion, the accompanying consolidated 
financial statements summary is consistent, in all 
material respects, with the audited consolidated 
financial statements, in accordance with the basis 
described in note 2 to the consolidated financial 
statements summary.
Consolidated financial statements

The consolidated financial statements summary 
does not contain all the disclosures required by 
International Financial Reporting Standards applied in 
the preparation of the audited consolidated financial 
statements of the Group. Reading the consolidated 
financial statements summary and the auditors’ 
report thereon, therefore, is not a substitute for 
reading the audited consolidated financial statements 
of the Group and the auditors’ report thereon. The 
consolidated financial statements summary and the 
audited financial statements do not reflect the effects 
of events that occurred subsequent to that date of 
our report on the audited financial statements.
