Good morning dear manager , first of all I should say that I am not glad with your hotel and I am going to complain you about problems that  are in your hotel . Do you remember you promised me to fix central heating system,  but you didn't do that. With the harm of central heating system I had to put up with the great deal of noise

very early. You should accomplish your duty fairly.  Otherwise,  I will continue complaining issues to director of your hotel.  And also there are many problems that central heating system causes, for example, noises made me angry. By the way  I have to point out that other services of the hotel is very good, but I would be very happy if you fixed aforementioned problem.
