• The following teaching programmes were developed according to the National Standard of Medical Specialties that was designed and approved by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health:
• Management and leadership programme. This programme includes: lectures 20 hours, practical lessons 40 h., tutorials 24 h., self-directed work 6 h; total: 90 hours. The programme is designed for high qualification nurses.
•  Marketing of medical services. This programme includes: lectures 10h, practical lessons 30 h, project 20 hours, self-directed work 2 hours; total: 62 hours. The programme is designed for higher qualification nurses.
• Management and leadership in health service settings. This programme includes: lectures 24 hours, practical lessons 50 hours, seminars 36 hours, individual work with teacher 30 hours, self-directed study 15 hours; total: 155 hours. The programme is designed for nurse-managers.
• Management and leadership in medical care planning. This programme includes: lectures 32 hours, practical lessons 43 hours, seminars 36 hours, individual work with teacher 30 hours, self-directed study 15 hours; total: 156 hours. The programme is designed for nurse-managers.
• Marketing and management of procurement activity. The programme includes: lectures 29 hours, practical lessons 41 hours, seminars 36 hours, individual work with teacher 25 hours, self-directed study 12 hours; total: 125 hours. The programme is designed for nurse-managers.
• Entrepreneurship. The programme includes: lectures: 20 hours, practical lessons 32 hours, seminars 24 hours, individual work with teacher 25 hours, self-directed study 10 hours; total 120 hours. The programme is designed for nurse-managers.
• New techniques in human resource management. The programme includes: lectures 14 hours, practical lessons 26 hours, seminars 12 hours, individual work with teacher48 hours, self-directed study 22 hour; total: 122 hours.
