For the time being, many people can earn some money from their work and they find one position in workplace. Some individuals consider that some of jobs are undervalued like teacher or nurse however others think that film stars or company bosses get higher salary even their works are less important life. In my opinion I partly agree with this statement and there are several criteria to distribution of salary.
On the one hand, many citizens appreciate some work like teacher because teacher lead to huge positive impact on societies. For example, they can teach lots of children during the work time. Children will become leaders on some field in the future. Finlandia is primary example youngsters want to be a teacher here as teachers have the same ambitious and prestige as lawyer and actors and get more salary compare with them. However, actors and managers take better wages than teacher so, they achieve more success. One reason to this development is that authorities make more money their industries such as film industry. That is why film maker or producer can earn more money rather than teacher.
On the other hand, there are various criteria to mark getting wages. Firstly, governments should create universal structure and focus on per person tax. For instance, people take salary through working time as well as they pay different kind of tax to authority. Bosses may pay out higher tax rather than teacher. Secondly, I think authorities consider work’s value.
