A teacher is responsible for preparing lesson plans and educating students at all levels. Our duties include assigning homework, grading tests and documenting process. We must be able to instruct in a variety of subjects and reach student with engaging lesson plans. I try to be punctual and be available at school during official working hours. I work collaboratively with other professionals and staff. I demonstrate the ability to perform teaching or other responsibilities, including good work habits, reliability, punctuality. I engage students in creative thinking and integrated learning. I build students ability to work collaboratively with others.

Teaching offers the chance to change other people in lives permanently for the better.
As a teacher we can help to develop somebody's subject knowledge and maybe even their mind and personality. Teaching is an incredibly rewarding thing to do and good teachers are needed everywhere , in schools and college classrooms to educate the young , as well as in the work place and other settings to teach adults and colleagues .
The reason why I want to participate in this program is following :

During my teaching career I use different methods which are beneficial for our students.I try to organise my lessons with student - centered method . Because education become a more shared experience between the instructor and the students and between the students themselves . Students built collaboration and communication skills . Students tend to be more interested in learning when they can interact with one another and participate actively in their own education . Members of the class to work independently and to interact with others as part of the learning process .
If my wishes will come true how can I enhance my work ? Firstly I will hold a session in my work place and at Teacher's Development Institution . There I will make a presentation and demonstrate a project work and share ideas . Because you can meet with hundreds of teachers there which you can share your methods . For instance , every year I will make a demo lesson for teachers then they give their feedback and reflects about it . It gives a chance to exchange our methods and opinions , enjoy communicating with others have a confidence , have great organizational skills about it .
