I have known and worked with Mr. Nozimjon Umatillayev as a dedicated and highly experienced
Mathematics Teacher at Presidential Schools in Uzbekistan. I have enjoyed having Mr. Nozimjon
Umatillayev on the teaching team from grade 9 to 11.
Presidential Schools in Uzbekistan hire only dedicated and experienced teachers, and Mr.
Nozimjon Umatillayev is one of the best teachers I have ever worked with. Teaching at Presidential
School requires a person who is or with: good listener, excellent teaching skills, great lesson planning skills, 
excellent classroom management skills, excellent organizational skills, excellent time management skills, 
creative and charismatic, sociable and approachable, accountable and responsible, good report writing and 
computer skills. 
Mr. Nozimjon has highly shown all these qualities menioned above throughout his stay at Presidential 
School, and these attributes have made him one of the best educators at our schools. Additionally, he 
organizes and takes part in other school extra-curricular activities where he positively reconnects with his 
student outside classroom settings. 
One thing that Nozimjon lacks is international experience. If he enhances his experience in a foreign 
program, he will become a more perfect teacher. This will allow him to share his experience with his 
teammates as well. Our school also organizes seminars and trainings to share a variety of new teaching 
methods with local schools that are struggling with a number of other developmental challenges. It would be 
a great thing for Nozimjon to share his experience in American schools in such seminars
