Task 1. What does it mean” absolute “ and “relative” equivalence?
Equivalence that can appear at word level and above word level , when translating from one language into another. The translation equivalence is a matter of approximation, because of the existence of several cultural figurative tropes within the text. Absolute equivalents of set phrases are those that fully coincide with the original in grammar, lexical sense and style.
Relative equivalents of set phrase are those that, fully coinciding with the origin in sense and stylistic pragmatics, differ in grammar or lexical sense.

Armon toshdek zil bo’lgani uchun ham dil tubiga cho’kadi deydilar… Toshlari tog’dek qalashib ketgan yurakni nima deb atash mumkin? Toshyurak deymizmi? Inson shu tariqa bag’ritoshga aylanadimi?
It is said that dissatisfaction sinks to the bottom of the heart because it is like a stone…What can we call a heart whose stones are like a mountain? Shall we say merciless? Does a person become a beggar in this way?
