Bothe v. Jo. Donne; Wm. Morton v. Matilda Ragg, because he is not responsible for distress of corn. John Donne v. Nich. Eyre, because he killed one ewe, price 2s. 6d. John Gervis admitted owing Nic. Eyre 6 lode of lead ore ; Hugo Howe was fined because he did not prosecute his claim against Ernest Cooke and others, in 4 pleas of trespass.
