Relationship 
This refers to the degree to which relationships between controls and displays 
are consistent with our expectations. • We all have expectations concerning the 
movement of a control and its expected effect on a display/device 
Deviation 
A term used to describe the movement of a body part away from the neutral 
position of that joint or limb. • Typically used to describe wrist positions. • 
Ulnar deviation is the movement of the wrist away from neutral, towards the 
little finger. • Radial deviation is the movement of the wrist away from neutral, 
towards the thumb
