Firstly, what is the purpose of this building. Is it just a business center or a hotel, or shopping malls. Secondly, what level of apartments and sales departments are designed for people? For the rich? For the middle class or the poor? Third, what facilities are available for a person to live or do business?
In my opinion, it would be good if the building was given a place without a down payment. From there you need to open supermarkets, various shops
