Features of anti-utopia in the novel by H. Wells “The Island of Dr. Moreau”. Course paper

The novelty of the research is that this research paper explains dystopic thoughts given in the novel.

The aim of the present research is to explore development of thoughts about anti-utopia and analyzing these thoughts in the novel.

The general aims define the following objectives of the research:

1. To introduce the Father of science fiction H.Wells and his most famous work “The Island of Doctor Moreau”.

2. To present the research works on the novel.

3. To study the features of anti-utopia in the literary work.

The object of given research paper is to identify the thoughts of cacotopia given in the novel.

The subject of this research is dystopic viewpoints about identification of humankind and interaction between human and nature.

The methods of the research are the methods of literary criticism and data analysis method. Literary criticism (or literary studies) is the study, evaluation, and interpretation of literature. Modern literary criticism is often influenced by literary theory, which is the philosophical discussion of literature's goals and methods.
