COMPLATION OF QUESTIONARIES, CONDUCTING SURVEYS AND SUMMARISING RESULTS

Questionnaire layout. Questionnaires used in survey research should be clear and well presented. The use of capital letters only should be avoided, as this format is hard to read. Questions should be numbered and clearly grouped by subject.

Clear instructions should be given and headings included to make the questionnaire easier to follow.
When reporting survey research, it is essential that a number of key points are covered. These key points are presented as “checklist” below:
