STRUCTURAL FEATURES AND REGISTRATION FEATURES OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Scientific research is the systematic investigation of scientific theories and hypotheses.

A hypotheses is a single assertion, a proposed explanation of something based on available knowledge, for something yet to be explained.
Reports of research studies usually follow the IMRAD format. IMRAD ( introduction, methods, results [and] discussion) is a mnemonic for the major components of scientific paper. These elements are included in the overall structure outlinedbelow.
