If I had time, I would learn the French language.

If I found a diamond ring in the street, I would get it pass.
10. What would you do if you could speak English perfectly?
If I could speak English perfectly, I would work abroad.
11. If you could have dinner with a famous actor, who would you choose?
If I could have dinner with a famous actor, I would choose Jackie Chan.
12 .If you were prime minister, what would you change?
If I were a prime-minister, I would reform the education system.
13. If you could meet one person from history ,who would you choose?
If I could meet one person from history, I would choose Audrey Hepburn.
14. What you do if you saw someone shoplifting?
If I saw someone shoplifting, I would immediately call the police.
15. Which would you rather give up: your cell phone ,refrigerator or television?
Nowadays, people can do without television, as cell phones have replaced them. Taking this into consideration, I would rather give up my television.
IF I WERE A BOY
Exercise # 2. Listen and fill in the blanks with the appropriate verbs:
If I were a boy
Even just for a day
I’d roll out of bed in the morning
And throw on what I wanted then go
Drink beer with the guys
And chase after girls
I’d kick it with who I wanted
And I’d never get confronted for it
Cause they stick up for me

Exercise # 3. Now rewrite the song with other verbs which are suitable to the context:
If I were a girl

And focus on what I wanted then go

And forget about fear
I’d spend my life with who I wanted
And I’d never be sorry for it
Cause they anyway would not understand me

Exercise # 4. Imagine Sarah had a good morning and use the third conditional:
Example: If her alarm had gone off, she wouldn’t have overslept.
If she had not got dressed quickly, thrown everything into her suitcase and run out of the house, she would not have forgotten her passport and returned home.
If the taxi had not broken down one mile from the airport, Sarah would not have run the rest of the way.
If she had not run the rest of the way, she would not have missed her flight.
If she had not missed her flight, she would not have had to pay 500 dollars for another ticket for the next flight.
If she had not been so preoccupied with her difficult morning, she would not have walked out of the shop without paying and been arrested by the police.
If the police had not detained her for three hours, she would not have missed her flight again.
THE UNREAL CONDITIONAL
Exercise # 5. Write conditional sentences.
1. If/we/have/a private airplane/we/travel/around the world
e.g. If we had a private airplane, we would travel around the world.
2. If/he/speak/English/he/get/a better
If he spoke English, he would get a better job.
3. They/fly/to Mars/if/they/have/a spaceship
They would fly to Mars, if they had a spaceship.
4. If/I/have/a telescope/I/explore/outer space
If I had a telescope, I would explore outer space.
5. If/I/win/the lottery/I/buy/a big house
If I won the lottery, I would buy a big house.
6. If/Kate/fly to New York/she/visit/Central Park
If Kate flew to New York, she would visit the Central Park.
7. Mike/not help/them/if/they/not ask/for help
Mike would not help them, if they did not ask for help.
8. They/do/well on the rest/if/they/study more
They would do well on the rest, if they studied more.
