• You won´t have to go far to find an English speaking country in Europe as there are over 370 million English speakers out of about 450 million EU residents! Being one of the most important languages of business throughout the world makes English speaking jobs very easy to encounter!

• We all know at least one person who when going on holiday to Spain learns the phrase ´Hola, una cerveza por favour´ and felt that would be enough to get by and the truth is, most of the time it is! Spain, much like many other European countries, speaks English as a second language and has over 11 million English speaking residents.

• However, there are times when English speakers need to be careful and can't just add 'ado' onto the end of a word and expect it to become Spanish! False friends can be dangerous for any rookie Spanish learner!
