Writing section 
"In sports and journeys, men are known," says one good adage. I believe it 
indicates that the sport in which a person participates can reveal a lot about who 
he is and his inner
–
world.
There are numerous sports to choose from, including football, basketball, and 
hockey for active team players, ice
–
skating, jogging, or track and field for 
dedicated individuals, and even chess and other cerebral sports. So all you have 
to do now is find yours.
Sport, in my opinion, is just as essential to me as schooling. I'm sure that a healthy 
mind lives in a healthy body. As a result, I'm attempting to stay in shape in a 
variety of ways. In the summer, I like a variety of vigorous team games. With my 
pals, I can play beach volleyball or tennis.
So, I strongly encourage you to try these sports because they are suitable for all 
ages and provide more than simply physical activity.
