Introduction

  • Actuality of the theme. In the period when the “Law on Education” and the “National Program of Training specialists” were implemented into life the complex system of teaching foreign languages was established and this system makes it possible to integrate Uzbekistan System of Education to that of world community by way of training well-educated, perfectly practiced specialists thinking in modern categories. Further development of a science as a whole and a linguistic science, in particular is connected not only to the decision of actuality of scientific problems, but also with features internal and foreign policy of the state, the maintenance of the state educational standards which are to the generators of progress providing social, economic society. It forms the society capable quickly to adapt in the modern world.
