The database of "Complex-analytical information system of 
scientific 
titles" system is a 
MySQL database management system. The user interfaces are developed within the YII 
framework based on MVC technology, which uses HTML, CSS, PHP, AJAX, JQUERY web 
technologies. The system also provides information security through the use of HTTPS 
technologies, SQL injection, XSS scripting, reCaptcha and RBAC technologies. 
Digitalization of postgraduate education is an urgent issue ineffective organization of 
the process of training and attestation of scientific personnel, the extensive use of digital 
technologies in this process, ensuring transparency and openness in their activities. From these 
facts, one may conclude that this article presents models and descriptions of scenarios for the 
use of the "Complex-analytical information system of 
scientific 
titles" for digitization of 
attestation documents for 
scientific 
titles. 
CONCLUSION. 
DGU 07656 copyright certificate was obtained from the Intellectual 
Property Agency for the information system on 31.01.2020. Digitization of the process of 
attestation of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel will ensure the 
uniformity of attestation requirements, increase the scientific potential of educational 
institutions and scientific organizations, ensure openness and transparency in the field through 
the implementation of this system within the "Electronic SAC" system.
