Emma: It was really good. The staff were so friendly. We took a very late

flight and had to check in at 2am, but they didn’t mind.

Richard: Was there someone at reception all night?

Emma:  No.  I’d  talked  to  them  the  day  before  so  they  made  special

arrangements for us. They were so kind.

Richard: Sounds nice. Maybe I’ll stay there the next time I’m in Florida.

Emma: You should.
