The East Lake Eagles Youth Football Camp is a non-contact camp designed to teach some basic football fundamentals and skills to youth players while having fun in an organized environment. The camp will be conducted by East Lake coaches and board members and may include some High School players and coaches. Who knows, we might be able to find a football celebrity or two.
Participants should bring plenty of water, cleats, and an expectation of having fun.

Parent Release

I consent to my child’s receiving any emergency medical treatment deemed necessary through a physician, EMS, or hospital of it’ own choice and agree that the staff may terminate my child’s participation at any time for any reason. Payment of all charges incurred for medical treatment is guaranteed by the parent or guardian or the insurance company providing coverage for the participant below. I waive and release the East Lake Youth Football and Cheerleading Organization, the East Lake Youth Sports Association, Suncoast Youth Football Conference, and any other entity designated by Florida Law included but not limited to any officers, agents, board members, coaches, or students aiding on behalf of the East Lake Eagles Youth Football Camp and their heirs, assigns or successors in the interest of any and each from any liability and from any medical treatment your child may receive. If any portion of this release is found to be illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with any laws of the Sate of Florida by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining portions of this release shall not be affected.
