REFLECTION
I am Dustmurodova Bastagul. During 24 days I was sent to pedagogical practise to school as a passive practiser. I have a lot of impressions from my practical course. I prefer to share my impressions about practical process in my reflective letter. Our practical course consisted of 24 days and through these days I observed different lessons of teachers and I got much useful information which would be necessary in my future profession, for example, various methods, strategies, techniques, approaches and others. Apart from, I learned the secrets of being teacher. My practical course divided into three parts: first part was recognizing and learning step, second part was main and active part. In this time, I learn teaching, organising pedagogical and enjoyable parties and so on. In the end the third part was final step. In this time I wrote all datas about practices.
From my observation, I knew about pedagogical methods of teacher and psychology of pupils. Besides, I accompanied several modern methods, for example, presentations, different handouts. During my observations I knew that communication was the main key to find the way of heart pupils and staff, especially the person who tried to point his way to the future. Despite of this, communicative approach is the most suitable to all levels of pupils.Due to this pupils might participate in the lessons more active and could express their options, ideas and feelings. In school every teacher simply explains the theme and gave extra information as well. To my opinion all of these demand a lot of mental energy and physichal strength.
Furthermore, I leanrt the different styles of how to use other methods together in the lessons. For instance, one teacher used from the game ,,Step by step". This game was very enjoyable and it help to teacher attract pupils to lesson. Another teacher use ,,Active person" strategy. This strategy was useful. If some pupils forgot telling the new word or sentence the teacher show this by actions. In my point of view, it would be better if we use traditional method and grammar translation method at the same time. Other ways,
interactive activities like brainstorming and fish skeleton were also the best examples for intermediate and pre-intermediate level of pupils
Another useful side of practical course collecting authentic materials is significant process too. Because, if your materials were not authentic it would affect your pupils in negative side.
