5. Other conditions

5.1. The parties do not have any accompanying oral agreements. The content of the text of the Agreement fully corresponds to the actual will of the Parties.

5.2. All correspondence on the subject of the Agreement, prior to its conclusion, loses its legal force from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.

5.3. The Agreement is drawn up in 4 (four) original copies in xxxx and English, two (2) for each of the Parties.
