Setting up a user-friendly portal on digitisation 

to improve the visibility of available funding pro-

grammes and for reaching out to a broader range 

of prospective recipients.

Provide assistance that will include analysis and 

consulting, personnel and organisational develop-

ment activities, development of target-group-spe-

cific technologies, and investment grants for spur-

ring investments and IT implementation projects at 

SMEs, including assistance in the implementation 

process.

These measures should at the same time contribute 

to developing new Internet-based platforms and 

business models.
