Annotation: In the development of badminton in the Republic of Uzbekistan, a lot of practical work is being done to increase the interest of young people and teenagers in this sport and to constantly monitor their physical fitness, and this is bearing fruit. The development of badminton, especially among young people, has become a topical issue of the day. This article discusses the work aimed at increasing the physical activity of young badminton players not only in Uzbekistan but also around the world, which should be carried out on the basis of the following methods and skills.
Keywords: badminton, racket work, training, speed, offensive tactics, diagonal kick
The development of physical culture and sports in Uzbekistan within the priorities of state policy makes the issue of improving the quality of selection, training and preparation of personnel in this area an important strategic process. In the implementation of these processes, the laws "On Education", "National Training Program", "On Physical Culture and Sports" and the Decrees and Government Resolutions adopted by the President on the development of this area. reliance on the above-mentioned current tasks is one of the essential conditions. The training of qualified and competitive personnel is directly related to the creation, formation of modern educational standards and curricula, as well as the widespread use of innovative technologies in the educational process. They acquire the skills and abilities to organize teaching, coaching and organizational work in physical education and sports, in particular badminton, as well as to independently manage these processes, develop skills in conducting research on badminton. Assimilation of program materials has a positive impact on the formation of spiritual and cultural qualities of future personnel in physical culture and sports, increasing their interest in their chosen profession, professional and pedagogical knowledge, skills and abilities. equips One of the main tasks in the early stages of developing speed skills in the sport of badminton is to use and diversify an adequate arsenal of different instruments without specializing in performing any exercise. This requires the use of speed exercises in changing situations and situations, rather than in a standard way. Of course, sports and action games are very useful here. Always keep in mind that it is not recommended to carry out work to develop agility skills in cases of physical, emotional or sensory fatigue. The following rules should be followed in the development of all forms of agility: 1. If the main task of badminton training is to develop agility, it should be solved after warm-up exercises. 2. Simultaneously with the development of speed, it is necessary to work on improving the chosen badminton technique. 3. Develop the ability to relax free muscles. 4. A young badminton player should start developing speed with a straight line, moderate intensity, with the development of movement control, alternating and repetitive exercises, the greater the speed of movement at this stage - the maximum possible 80-85% of the speed. 5. During cyclic exercises, the load on the body should be moderated according to the respiratory rate and pulse. The ability of the trainee to maintain speed and maintain proper coordination of movements from the first attempt is important. Breaks from one return to another gradually increase during the training. A young badminton player's regular speed training should be accompanied by technical or strength-oriented work, and in some cases, some components of speed endurance should also be developed. In individual movements, in the development of simple motor reactions, frequency, speed, exercises with the method of repetition are performed after warm-up exercises, at the beginning of the main exercise, in a relaxed environment. Especially in the 12-14 year old study groups, the volume increases by 15-20% during the special training phase with a sufficiently good level of general endurance.with, forms the qualities of a mature specialist and personality, accelerates the activity of a creative approach to coaching and organizational activities.
The role of badminton in the system of physical culture and sports of Uzbekistan, international and national organizations in badminton, their functions, the interdependence of technical, tactical and physical training, the development of techniques and tactics tools and methods of psychological training in training and competitions Annual and prospective planning to have an idea of the initial competition in the sport; - The role of badminton in the system of physical education, the history of the sport in the world and in our country; structure of the training process; be aware of the requirements for the planning, conduct and loading of classes, depending on the gender, age, physical condition of the participants; - training in badminton techniques and tactics; refereeing badminton in various positions, conducting research in the sport of badminton; use the tools and techniques of the sport of badminton, have the skills to select athletes for the sport of badminton; 1 - the organization and conduct of training processes and competitions; optimal planning of training loads; pedagogical control over athletes; have the skills to conduct spiritual and educational work with athletes, modeling and divination in badminton.
The main task of the coach is to direct young people to the sport of badminton and the proper organization of their physical training. As required by all athletes in this sport, physical qualities require speed, physical strength, endurance, There are many practical ways to develop these qualities. Each style should be organized according to the age of the athlete, aimed at further increasing the interest of young people in the sport of badminton. When teenagers and young people play badminton, first of all it is necessary to develop agility in the athlete. This quality is developed as follows.
There are five main methods of developing speed: 1. Return method. With this method, the exercises are performed at maximum or near-maximum speed. Tasks are performed in response to a signal and some actions are performed quickly. The task execution time is determined by the maximum speed. Rest time between workouts should provide a high level of preparation for work. 2. Aggravated style. For example, an attacker strikes with a weight on the palm, moves with weights on the field, and so on. 3. Rotational training method. Exercises are selected for the muscles and joints you are training. 4. Game style. Exercise speed in action games and special relays. Provides a wide range of actions. 5. Competition style. Exercises are performed in a competitive environment with a limit speed. It allows athletes with different trainings to fight with high spirits and willpower, especially when the exercises are done in a group. The peculiarities of the development of speed skills in a young badminton player force the appropriate application of the above methods in appropriate proportions. The fact is that the repetition of movements in a relatively standard way with maximum speed leads to the stabilization of the speed to the achieved level, that is, the emergence of a "speed barrier". Therefore, the problem of optimal application of methods occupies a central place in the
methodology of speed training, which includes exercises of standard and variable form

The flow and circle methods of training will be used, the number of relay and other competition exercises, multi-series and multi-wave special technical exercises will increase. In all young badminton groups, the duration of speed training is limited to 10% of the total time of general physical training, as the time of non-specialized physical training is 60-80% of all training. In a young badminton player, work on exercises that represent the basic manifestations of speed should be done quickly throughout the year. Even during competitions, their training time should not be less than 10-15%. At this stage, young badminton players focus on increasing the speed of special-technical movements, while the contribution of rapid general physical work, as well as training, decreases. In children's groups, the total time of speed work increases, and its character becomes competitive, especially when playing with equal opponents and constantly monitoring the results of time, length, height, and so on. Proper dosing of speed exercises is very important in training speed and speeding. Among them, the ones that are performed with maximum intensity are a powerful, fast-acting tool. This also applies to exercises that increase the speed of movement. Therefore, exercises at maximum speed should be used frequently, but in relatively small amounts. It is not recommended to combine maximum speed and acceleration from start to finish with a large amount of force and speed, ie "to the end". During the run, you should try to relax the muscles that are not actively involved in the current work. In order to cover the finish line faster, you need to bend forward sharply in the last steps. Running short distances by changing the direction of movement allows you to develop the speed of movement. Therefore, the development processes of young people in the sport of badminton should be carried out continuously.
