Well, I respect all people no matter if they are older or younger than me. The old person whom I respect and want to talk about is my grandmother. There is nothing extraordinary to exaggerate about her but one thing that makes her outstanding is her kind and honest nature. Despite being very old, she helps her daughter-in-law to do some household chores and gardening works. She is a religious woman and prays five times. She is currently learning the Arabic language and wants to read the original Koran in Arabic. Observing her actions and behaviours, I started getting interested in learning Koran. As it is an Islamic sacred book, she suggested I start learning it when I become older. Furthermore, whenever I feel stressed and get depressed, she calms me down. I always share my secrets with her and she gives me advice as she has more life experience. She listens and understands me that's why I respect her. She visits us every weekend. As a grandchildren, we also visit her home regularly with peculiar and surprising presents like smart phone, ticket to sanatorium and etc. Talking with her takes my mind off and come up with new ideas because she is a great source of motivation and inspiration. I love her to the moon and back.
