EFFICIENCY OF USE OF LASER RADIATION AT TERAPY 
OF POST-ACNE CICATRICES

Eels (acne) – one of the most widespread skin 
diseases. It suffers to 80 % of aged people of 12–25 
years and to 40 % of persons 25 years are more 
senior. Quite often reason of eels are bacteria steady 
against antibiotics. In such cases laser therapy is 
uncontested a treatment method. The main feature of 
this pathology is what even after favorable treatment 
there are quite deep hems on a visible surface of 
skin, in particular on a face. Sometimes emergence 
of keloids growths takes place even. So in treatment 
of acne rash prevention of formation of cicatricial 
changes of skin is important. It became one of main 
objectives of use of laser radiation of this pathology.
The Intra Vascular laser radiation of Blood 
(IVlrB) was carried out by means of the device 
«matriks-VlOK»(IVlrB), by a radiating head of Kl-
VlOK (IVlrB), length of a wave of 0,63 microns, 
capacity at the exit of the light guide of 1,5–2 mWt 
supplied with special needles with a teflon covering. 
local radiation of the pathological centers carried 
out by means of the device «mustang 017-mCS-
PC» with the magnetic nozzle creating intensity of a 
magnetic field in 50 млт, an exposition for 5 min., the 
frequency of 1000 Hz; daily (only 8–10 sessions), and 
also out-of-focus bunch of the CO2-laser, 5 W device 
KD-65 (China).
Efficiency of complex treatment estimated 
visual ly, and also by means of light, scanning and 
transmission electronic microscopy (SEm and TEm) 
microbioptats from a zone of eels and post-acne 
hems, and also research of erythrocytes (Er) blood 
from a finger and from a zone of defeat of skin. For 
a form assessment Er used SEm and developed in 
laboratory in laboratory of a patanatomiya of rSTsH 
of V. Vakhidov the express method of a thick drop 
(EmTD).
The conducted researches showed that in blood 
from a finger and the defeat centers the share 
normal eritrotsit-diskotsit-significantly decreased 
and the share of pathological forms of erythrocytes, 
such as stomatsit and ehinotsit increased. It is 
one of certificates that the acne illness is system 
defeat of an organism and the basis for IVlrB 
use in treatment of eels and post-acne hems along 
with local laser therapy. morphological researches 
of eels and post-acne hems allowed to reveal in 
a gleam of comedones, besides erythrocytes, 
macrophages and other cells of connecting fabric, 
the small roundish formations representing droplets 
of lipids, and also microorganisms. at edge of 
comedones SEm also reveals the phenomena 
hyperkeratosis, unevenness of a relief of a surface 
of skin with quite deep craters and furrows. 
microorganisms especially distinctly come to light at 
research by means of TEm.
more often cocci meet, is frequent on division 
stages, and also sticks. at a wall of eels are present 
numerous fibroblasts which ultrastructural features 
indicate their high functional activity. In post-acne 
hems growth and an ogrubeniye connecting woven 
fibers are noted. On a surface of an epithelium 
characteristic crests are formed. The visual morpho-
logical assessment of results of treatment of eels and 
post-acne hems, and also assessment of a ratio of 
forms of erythrocytes, showed that the best results 
are yielded by the combined use of IVlrB and local 
laser radiation in a complex with medicamentous 
therapy.
