Managing entrepreneurial ventures

Entrepreneurship is usually the process of starting a new business in response to opportunities. Entrepreneurs change opportunities, revolutionize, modify or introduce new products or services.
Many think of entrepreneurship and small business as the same, but they are not. Some key differences distinguish the two. Entrepreneurs create Entrepreneurial enterprises are organizations that strive for opportunities through innovative practices, they see growth and profitability as their main goals. On the other hand, a small business is a business that is independently owned, managed, and financed; has less than 100 employees; does not have to engage in any new or innovative practices, and has little impact on its industry. A small business doesn’t always have to be an entrepreneur because it’s small. Being an entrepreneur means that the business has to be innovative, and looking for new opportunities. While entrepreneurial initiatives can start small, they strive to grow. Some new small firms may grow, but most will remain small businesses by choice or by default.
Entrepreneurs need to address four key stages in starting and managing their business businesses.
The first is to study the business context. The context includes truth in today's economic, political/legal, social, and business environment. Review is important for each of these aspects of the business context because they define the “rules ” of the game and which decisions and actions can be met with success. It's over, too the next important step in the entrepreneurial process is to explore the context in which entrepreneurs face opportunities and potential competitive advantages.
From our definition of entrepreneurship, it is clear that the pursuit of opportunity is an important aspect. Once entrepreneurs have explored the business context and identified opportunities and given the potential competitive advantages, they need to consider the issues that are relevant to implementing their entrepreneurial activities. So the next step in entrepreneurship the process begins with entrepreneurship. This stage involves exploring the possibility of implementation
enterprise, enterprise planning, enterprise organization, and enterprise start-up.
Finally, once the entrepreneurial initiative is up and running, the final stage of the entrepreneurial process is the management of the enterprise, which is done by the entrepreneur processes, managing people, and managing growth.

Delice is a recently opened company and it produces sweets. And he hasn’t reached the perfect level yet. We found 2 major flaws.

Mistake 1: In Marketing. He did not indicate when to eat it when advertising. People do not know when to consume. So not many will buy it.
Mistake 2: The products are almost non-existent in local stores. To get it you need to go to stores that look like big supermarkets. It spends a huge amount on advertising but doesn’t advertise through the right people.
An example is Pepsi. They recommend consuming it along with national dishes when advertising. In the advertisement, people ate palov with Pepsi, which is the favorite dish of our Uzbek people, and it can be concluded that Pepsi is both a favorite and a popular drink. Delice should do the same with advertising. It should be advertised along with the food or drinks that our people love and consume.
