You should have daily, weekly, and monthly drawdown limits. The monthly
limit should be around 2% to 3% of your account. The weekly can be set at
around 1%. As for the daily, you should set it as a number of losses instead
of a percentage. If you’re paying attention, you’ll see that it will take just
four losses to trigger your weekly drawdown limit.
