Basic features of the database
1.Allows access via standard programming languages.
2.Produces complex queries optimized by command.
3.Provides access and audit security.
4.Multi-user selection, low passwords and passwords
5.They store, protect, and retrieve the information they provide.
6.independence of logical and physical data.
7.The dismissal rate is low.
8.Enter formats for extracting and selecting data that interests us in real time.
Database elements
They mainly consist of 4 elements:
1.Tables: Suitable for placing and arranging data in rows and columns for easy reading.
2.Forms: Input or interfaces that allow you to execute commands to work with this data. 3.Reports: results of working with tables; they are often referred to as reports.
4.Tips: they are responsible for the work of the database; They derive the specific features of the process required by the data in the table.
Database types
There are many types of databases and we call them:
1.Introduction: This database is a database specially created by Microsoft under Access, which creates, stores, and protects data.
2.PostgreSql and Oracle: One of them is the Database for Applications, which is characterized by the management of a large amount of data used in the system, which can be tracked on internal networks and large-caliber systems.
3.MySql: Under a GPL license as a server, this system is characterized by an improved database speed, which is not useful or functional for large amounts of data.
4.Microsoft SQL Server: After Microsoft Access, this system is used, which is characterized by working with a real amount of data, because it is more powerful than Access in terms of storage and management power.
Relational database
But the database was a relational, a type of database that met all the characteristics of its predecessors, which were planned, organized, and upgraded to the best level in the data storage system.
This system stores this data in a relational database management system or in a relational database management system and therefore uses a Structured Query Language structure that guarantees and maintains this type of system certification.
Scheme
Scheme. The database on the structure of the relationship and primarily stores the following:
1.the name of each table
2.the name of each column
3.the data type of each column
4.a table to which each column belongs
To develop this system, the database is relevant, the main thing is the records entered in each column, the task depends more on the user, it is up to him to give commands, instructions, maintenance and so on, because this function and database features are implemented successfully and efficiently.
