The work
They should be paid, but for some authors, volunteer activities include: job search, job preparation, retirement, and getting to know different types and groups of volunteers. s, to further improve the correct setting of salaries of teachers.
According to him, the full automation of the tariff list of secondary schools will create information on the number of students and teachers in the classroom, the number of hours attached to them, the established schedule, as well as a mechanism for forming a tariff list.
In addition, the current documents do not set any requirements for the distribution of class hours. As a result, the head of the institution or the pedagogical council assigned the lessons to any teacher on the basis of unknown criteria. This has led to misunderstandings and protests among teachers. In addition, it has a negative impact on the quality of education of students.
The draft resolution introduces a clear regulatory mechanism to close this legal gap.
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his January 24 address to the Oliy Majlis noted the introduction of a system of high salaries for teachers who have pedagogical skills and have achieved concrete results in their work.
In order to implement this mechanism and increase teachers' salaries, the document sets specific indicators for the allocation (distribution) of teaching hours.
In particular, the draft resolution proposes to allocate class hours on the basis of the following sequence of indicators:
a) teachers who have prepared winners of international Olympiads and winners of international Olympiads working as teachers in educational institutions;
b) teachers of the winners of the republican, regional and district stages of the main Olympiads and winners of the main Olympiads working as teachers in educational institutions;
c) teachers who have won places in the republican competitions (teacher of the year);
d) highly qualified teachers;
d) teachers with the first qualification category;
e) teachers of the second qualification category;

g) teachers with a master's degree in pedagogy;

j) teachers with higher education (without category);
h) teachers with a retraining diploma;
l) teachers with temporary secondary special education until they are provided with teachers with higher education;
m) 4th year students in the field of pedagogy;
n) to the supervisors of the temporary general education institution in the relevant specialty until they are provided with teachers with higher education.
In this case, teachers of secondary schools are not allowed to set more than one and a half hours (2,322 h
The draft resolution also covers the issue of classroom staffing. The document is based on the number of students in secondary school classes as follows:
up to 25-35 people in the city and district centers;
up to 20-35 people in rural areas (excluding secondary schools located in remote areas).
Kam completeIn general education institutions (branches), primary school students may be combined into one class in the following cases:
I-IV grades with up to 8 students;
three primary classes with up to 12 students;
two primary classes (grades I and III, II and IV) with up to 24 students.
The number of students in general education institutions, which are not built according to standard designs, located in adapted buildings, with insufficient number of students, in remote (mountainous, desert) settlements, as well as in non-Uzbek language schools, depends on the specific conditions of filling classes. and in consultation with the finance departments.
It is planned to ensure that the following criteria are followed in the formation of classrooms in secondary schools:
the number of students in the class should not exceed 35;
location of the secondary school in urban, rural and remote areas;
compliance with sanitary rules and regulations;
correct formation of the total number of students by grades, including the number of girls;
Inclusion of inclusive and home-based students in the classroom.
At the end of the first semester of the school year, in January of each year, depending on the number of students in secondary schools, class sets may be revised and changed. In this case, if the number of students falls below the established norm, the class is reduced, and if it exceeds the established norm, an additional class is formed.
