D ynamical Modeling and Control of Motion System of the Gantry Crane to Minimize Swing Angle of the Payload

J ehad S. Radaideh received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Ukrainian State Academy of Light Industry, Ukraine- Kyiv, in 1994 and 1998, respectively, both in Mechanical Engineering- Light Industry Machines. From September 1998 to September 2001, he was a Production and Maintenance Supervisor of “Kunooz Al-Sharq Manufactory” for Textile Products, Amman- Jordan, he has been with the Omar Al-Mokhtar University, Libya, where he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering from 2002 to 2005. He is currently an Assistant Professor with Al-Huson University College, Al-Balqa Applied University. His research interests include cooling machines, dynamics of machines, and control of vibrations.
