Hilton Inn of North Redington Beach, North Redington Beach, Florida

A seven story, 125 room hotel located on the Gulf of Mexico - The Inn features a two level parking structure, restaurant, lounge, meeting rooms, and a outdoor dining and recreation area.

Services: Governmental coordination, site planning, full architectural design services.

Wycliffe Resort Inn, Tierra Verde, Florida

A six story, 200 unit condominium hotel, 150 slip marina, and Dockmaster’s facility, located on Boca Ciega Bay - The Inn features an atrium lobby housing a restaurant, lounge and shops. Recreation facilities consist of an indoor and outdoor pool, health club, and yacht rental area.

Services: Governmental coordination, program development, site planning, and preliminary design.

Sand Pebble Time Share Resort, Treasure Island, Florida
