Training. 
Dealer agrees to maintain qualified

4.3 
Use of Genuine Products. All warranty sales shall be 
conducted using genuine Products. Dealer agrees to promote the sale of 
genuine Products and to explain the benefits of their use. Dealer shall 
maintain a stock of Products that is appropriate for Dealer's designated 
service level. 
4.4 
Equipment. Dealer shall, at its sole cost and expense, 
provide and have available for use at each Authorized Location the 
special tools, equipment, parts and service information and software 
(together "Equipment") required by CPG certification procedures. 
Dealer shall maintain the Equipment and each Authorized Location in 
good, clean and operational condition. 
4.5 
Records. CPG strives to maintain a high level of
customer satisfaction in its service channel. Dealer agrees to make 
available in a timely manner to Distributor and/or CPG, such relevant 
records necessary to measure customer satisfaction.
