Service Criteria:

• 
  Age 21 or under (18-21 y.o. must be enrolled as full-time high school student)

  At-risk for psychiatric hospitalization, re-hospitalization, out-of-home placement
  
• 
  Resident of Allegheny County
  
• 
  Additional mental health services are in place or will be in place in the immediate future
