5.   The preceding section shall also apply in cases where payment is made after a part of the default 
detention has already been enforced.  
6.  In cases where detention for failure to comply with a judicial order has also been imposed with 
regard to the criminal offence for which default detention has been set or enforced, this time spent 
in imprisonment shall be deducted from the term of the default detention.

The term of imprisonment and the term of detention shall start to run, as far as each of these 
punishments is concerned:  
a.  in the case of convicted offenders held in pre-trial detention for the offence of which they have 
been convicted, from the day on which the judgment becomes final; 
b.  in the case of other convicted offenders, from the day of enforcement of the judgment.
