Section 467 
A civil registrar who omits to enter a record in the registers, shall be liable to a fine of the second 
category. 
Section 468 
A fine of the first category shall be imposed on:  
1°.  a civil registrar who omits to report any information to the competent authorities as required by 
any statutory regulation 
2°.  a civil servant who omits to report any information to any civil registrar as required by any 
statutory regulation.  
 
Section 468a 
For the purposes of sections 466-
468, a “civil registrar” shall mean any person who is charged with the 
keeping of a register of the Civil Registry pursuant to any statutory regulation.
