Section 350a 
1.  Any person who intentionally and unlawfully alters, erases, renders unusable or disables data 
stored, processed or transferred by means of a computerised device or system or by means of 
telecommunication, or adds other data thereto, shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not 
exceeding two years or a fine of the fourth category. 
2.   Any person who commits the offence defined in subsection (1) after having unlawfully gained 
access, through a public telecommunication network, to a computerised device or system, and 
causes serious damage to such data, shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding four 
years or a fine of the fourth category. 
3.   Any person who intentionally and unlawfully makes available or disseminates data that is intended 
to cause damage in a computerised device or system, shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not 
exceeding four years or a fine of the fifth category. 
4.   Any person who commits the offence defined in subsection (3) with the intention of limiting the 
damage resulting from such data shall not be criminally liable.
