Requirements for Modern ITP

For the widespread adoption of ITP in different local conditions, they should differ in the following main features, including from conventional Western counterparts:



  •     affordability

  •     simplicity in design - to ensure high reliability of heat and water supply without the need for frequent maintenance

  •     the ability to work without auxiliary power (with a dependent connection scheme)

  •     in order - for easy picking and determining the final price

  •     various modifications - to take into account local conditions and requirements

  •     great compactness and robust, securely closed housing - for installation, for example, in basements previously used for elevator units, on intermediate floors for fan zones of high-rise buildings without additional construction work;

  •     low weight - for installation without accessories;

  •     full factory readiness - to reduce assembly and installation on site, for the possibility of customer acceptance of products at the warehouse and direct payment of the delivery.

 

Modern ITPs should, for the maximum consideration of local conditions, include the following component modules and allow their retrofitting with various options (modifications).



The connection module must contain a certified heat meter without mechanical parts - for accuracy and low wear, or free space for its subsequent installation by the customer or heating networks.

The heating module can be with an adjustable elevator, and you can opt out of heat exchangers, circulation pumps, additional control valves, expansion tanks, etc. The elevator does not consume electricity for pumping coolant. The movement of the control needle can be carried out with a thermostatic or electric drive, with temperature correction in the supply pipe using an outside temperature sensor .

The hot water supply module - if possible according to a two-stage scheme with a power breakdown of at least 60/40% between the steps and the design parameters 5/55 º C at 70/30 º C - to maximize the energy consumption of the coolant in the heating network. The DHW controller must be direct-acting - for accurate operation without electricity. The brazed plate heat exchanger reduces the cost of production as much as possible and reliably prevents leakage and leakage of the coolant into the hot water supply system and out. As an option, an additional unit for circulating hot water can be installed, with limitation of the return water temperature (with or without an electric drive), as well as an additional regulator to protect the heat exchanger from calcium deposits, in the absence of a hot water circulation system.

In this design, with the help of ITP, it is possible to create a modern heating system taking into account its historical development, intelligently applying the latest achievements of heating technology to local conditions.
