1. Make time for visits to sponsors’ booths
Your sponsors (AKA exhibitors) are waiting in their virtual booth for potential customers. It’s your job to create time in the presentation schedule for people to visit, and to facilitate interactions. After all, business is done with people, not keyboards. I recommend offering video chats and one-on-one meetings to your sponsors and exhibitors. Or, at the very least, enable live chat capabilities. Insert breaks in the lecture schedule and post banners encouraging people to visit sponsors’ booths.
