The delivery process
The delivery process includes activities carried out by the contractor for the supply of software. The contractor analyzes the requirements of the customer, performs the design and analysis of the work, decides how the design (programming) process will take place: on its own, or with the involvement of third-party development teams (contractor), also evaluates and controls the quality of the finished software product and performs directly the delivery of the product and related final activities.

Operation process.
After the software is ready, the process of its operation by the customer organization and its operators begins.
Maintenance process.
The development company provides support to users of the software product in case of any questions or problems. If an error in the PP is detected during operation, the developers must eliminate it. The operation process and the maintenance process go in parallel.
Auxiliary processes
Software development technology within the software lifecycle includes a number of supporting processes. Let's take a look at them.
Documentation process. In the process of development and further, the contractor writes documentation and user manuals for the developed software product. Configuration management process. This process includes the management of sets of software components to be developed and the management of PP versions.
Quality assurance process. He is responsible for ensuring that the software product being developed meets the preliminary requirements for development, as well as the standards of the contractor and customer organizations.
