Advantages and disadvantages essay

Today, broadening of globalization and its opposite impact in world industry involves that millions of people go outside and show their resistance. Even the effects of globalization are disruptive it may have some convenience sides too.

Indeed, globalization has an affirmative influence not only developed countries, but also other governments. For instance, in future Asian and African people will be able to manage robots working in Europe and USA in a cheaper salary rather than Europeans.

Next profit of it to humanity is that in developing countries demanding of labor costs are more than in the western countries, so workers of another place can not find job without moving there. However, with the help of telerobotic and telepresence system they can get a virtual migration.

Another advantage is some governments' position of solving this problem in appropriate way. In fact, the companies in Japan take care of their workers, and they don't have feeling such anti-globalization unlikely in the UK or USA.

When it comes to count the drawbacks of the globalization, the first issue that comes to the mind is enlarging of the using robots can be threatened millions of jobs in developing countries. Meanwhile, this harm can follow the consequences such professionals and office based workers are at risk of losing their jobs.

Besides, firms can lose their business to international competitors if they are forced to give their jobs back to US, as a result they become unprofitable.

The last negative point is that it can cause serious lasting problems as revolting of job seekers in the streets and decreasing of needs to human knowledge.

All in all, we can see that globalization has more negative effects than positives, that's why every country must know how to overcome the impact of globalization.
